Work pattern: 5days ON /2 day
Reporting line: Operations Manager (expat), his/her team consists from the Maintenance Engineers on our various sites; he/se will manage them remotely
Business trips – min 2 times a month
In accordance with the assigned goals and objectives, the Employee performs the following job responsibilities:
- Visiting remote sites, identifying customer needs, preparing proposals for the maintenance and supervision of the implementation at the sites.
- Provide technical guidance to keep the trade focused and motivated on existing sites operated by the company and ensure promptness of design solutions, timely and quality preparation of production, technical operation, repair and modernisation of equipment;
- Supervise the development of long-term and medium-term business plans for the renovation and modernisation of production sites, preventing the damaging effects of production on the environment, ensuring the efficient use of natural resources, promoting safe working conditions and improving technical culture;
- Determine contractual requirements and discuss with management to prepare plans for management; assist in the creation of regular maintenance schedules;
-Determine, prepare and follow yearly, quarterly and monthly budgets related to facility management and Technical Operations of the company in all its contracts with its clients;
- Attend Performance reviews and tech-nical meetings with the clients, provide explanatory notes and reports and ne-gotiate contractual scope in the favor of company when and as needed;
- Liaise with the purchasing department to ensure that the correct materials and quantities are received, including tracking the status of orders and confirming that materials have been delivered correctly; Assist other departments (Maintenance, Purchasing, Warehouse, IT, Kitchen, etc.) in completing necessary internal new projects or maintenance;
- Verify proper functioning and update CMMS in a timely manner when necessary;
- Ensure the necessary level of technical competence, increase productivity, reduce costs (material, financial, labour), efficient use of production resources, high quality and competitiveness of the work or services.
Education:
- Higher professional education and/or a diploma certificate of an advanced specialist in the field of the Facilities and Technical Operations (Electrical, Mechanical, Construction, Designing, etc)
Experience:
- At least 5 years in managerial / supervision level
