CIS recruits for the opeing of its new affiliate in Jakarta, a Finance & Administration Manager.
Objective: Assist the Country Director in administrative and financial management of sites.
MAIN TASKS:
✓ Account and financial reporting to the Head Office.
✓ Follow up of financial flows: follow up of due-in customer payments, optimise terms of suppliers’
payments, follow up local accounting.
✓ Check the compliance procedure of operations with initial budget requirements.
✓ Comment of results (in terms of volume, margin, progress of market share, sales etc.).
✓ Forward every Monday by fax /e-mail: bank and cash book positions, listing of unpaid suppliers,
exchange rate, statement of stocks and food costs (daily cost consumption - prix de revient journalier
or PRJ in French) of the site (approved by the Country Director).
✓ Forward within five days after the end of each month by fax/e-mail the invoices issued with
attachments signed by the client.
✓ Forward within the first week of each month by fax/e-mail: cash book, banking statements approved
by the executive, local wages, exchange rate, the food costs for each operation, statement of unpaid
suppliers.
✓ Forward via DHL every second week of the month: copy of the cash book and supporting documents,
copy of the banking statements and banking reconciliation, wages ledger and settlements, copy of
the PRJ, or daily cost consumption in English (all those documents to be signed by the manager).
✓ Ensure application of the administrative requirements in accordance with the country’s rules and
regulations.
✓ Issue forecasts and supervise monthly variance.
✓ Train Camp Bosses to operational management.
✓ Supervise in terms of value and quantity/volumes of stock.
✓ Assist the Country Director in deploying the Group’s internal control rules, applicable within the
Affiliate.
✓ Ensure that all administrative formalities are established in accordance with the legal
requirements of the country.
✓ Ensure that the fiscal and social regulations in force are properly followed and mastered.
Education:
✓ Advanced professional certificate or upper management and business school, with specialisation in
accountancy, and ideally an accountant certificate.
✓ Computer knowledge (Word, Excel, etc.)
✓ Fluent English, second foreign language appreciated.
Experience:
✓ 3 to 5 years of experience in the same field, ideally at an international level.
