Catering International Services is a family-owned and French company based in Marseille. In the most isolated, hostile or logistically complex environments, we provide on-site catering, hospitality and facilities management services for energy, mining and construction. We are present in more than 20 countries (Africa, LATAM, Central Asia) and manage 380 operating sites.
Objective: HVAC Specialist will be responsible for the installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The role ensures optimal system performance, energy efficiency, and compliance with safety and environmental standards.
Management:
- Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and equipment
- Diagnose faults and perform corrective and preventive maintenance
- Monitor system performance and ensure efficient operation
- Conduct regular inspections of air conditioning, ventilation, and heating systems as per schedule
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and service reports
- Coordinate with head of maintenance to identify the required spare parts & consumables
- Coordinate with other departments for system upgrades and repairs
- Ensure proper handling of refrigerants in line with environmental regulations
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
Relationship:
- Follow management instructions and meetings
Administrative:
- Support in preparation of various reports (Anomaly report, Materials request reports and technical, etc.
- Assist with implementation of documents relating to QHSE control.
- Follow and update the maintenance preventive & corrective through the computerised maintenance management system (CMMS).
Job in rotation 12 weeks ON and 4 weeks OFF
