Catering International Services is a family-owned and French company based in Marseille. In the most isolated, hostile or logistically complex environments, we provide on-site catering, hospitality and facilities management services for energy, mining and construction. We are present in more than 20 countries (Africa, LATAM, Central Asia) and manage 380 operating sites. 

As part of a job creation, we are looking for our future senior business developer in the Latin and North America. 

Objective: Increase the business of the region &amp; with clients of the region and win new contracts &amp; markets.


MAIN TASKS
Analyses the market targeted by the company and provides a detailed view of it, by business segment, by customer, by area, and proposes concrete plans for short-term commercial actions.
Provides support in the identification of decision-makers, key success factors, financial risks, global issues for each contract or client, or new sectors.
Participate in professional fairs, conferences, and every event useful to enrich the knowledge of the market: project and potential clients.
Carry out commercial prospection and follow-up of the contacts.
Adapt the services offered by the company to the local context.
Identifies and proposes partnerships and/or commercial agreements. Participate in the first negotiations to determine the more adapted bids
Be a support in the identification of the decision makers, key success factors, financial risks and major challenges of each contract.
Answer to the customers’ requirements and reinsure the technical and commercial evidence.
Works in advance of major calls for bids to create a network of contacts and have the best assetsto respond successfully to these calls for bids.
Undertakes all appropriate direct (or joint) commercial actions to negotiate and win any significant catering /hospitality/FM contracts from identified targets&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Education : 
Master’s degree in hospitality management or business school

 
Languages: 
English mother tongue
French, Spanish and Portuguese are a plus
 
 
Experiences : 
You have a successful professional experience as a field sales representative, front office sale
You have at least 10 years of experience in service sales
You must have worked in the service or energy sectors (mining / oil &amp; gas, construction)
You have very good on-the-ground knowledge of certain countries (Canada, Alaska, Latin America
